One of the primary barriers Latina/o/e/x college and graduate students experience includes the ever-increasing cost of college tuition. In fact, from 2008 – 2018, the average tuition at four-year public colleges in the U.S. increased by 37% (Source: CNBC). To help students identify funding opportunities, I have curated a list of databases, guides, and other resources.
Albany earned a B.A. in Comparative Literature and minors in Chicana/o Studies and Education Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned an M.S.Ed. in Education, Culture and Society from the University of Pennsylvania.
