Tiana is currently pursuing a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision while working full time at her local Veterans Medical Center as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. Tiana’s dissertation is dedicated to increasing awareness and representation of Latinx graduate students in mental health related programs.
